only ... and where possible use the A27 as your route in.
From
A24 - We do not advise you bring coaches in on this route.
Follow the A24 until you get to the Washington Roundabout. Take
the Steyning (A283) exit. Follow this road to the end until you
get to a roundabout. From here take the 4th exit into Maudlin Lane.
Follow this lane up to the 'T' junction and turn left into Annington
Road. Passies Pond and Church Farm are approx. 3 miles along the
road.
For the A24 for Coaches : Follow the A24 until
you get to the A27 signed to Worthing. Take the A27 past Lancing.
Turn left at double traffic lights sign posted Lancing College and
Coombes. Follow for 2 miles.

Coming from Brighton turn right at double traffic lights sign posted
Lancing College and Coombes. Follow for 2 miles.
Coming
from Worthing :
Take the A27 past Lancing. Turn left at double traffic lights sign
posted Lancing College and Coombes. Follow for 2 miles.
Coming from London/Crawley :
Take the A23 through the A27 Worthing. Follow through the tunnel
